刘国强,男,安徽芜湖人。2021年9月博士毕业于东南大学交通运输工程专业。在Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering,International Journal of Pavement Engineering,Construction and Building Materials,Road Materials and Pavement Design等国际期刊发表学术论文10余篇,参与多项国家重点研发计划及国家自然科学基金项目,受邀担任 Construction and Building Materials、TRB以及Materials等期刊或会议论文审稿人。
